Sina Thusek

Sina Thusekgraduated from the Federal Research Assistant School in Würzburg, Germany. In 2013 she joined as a research assistant the Experimental Stem Cell Transplantation Laboratory at Würzburg University Hospital. In recent years she has particularly specialized in 3D light sheet fluorescence microscopy. She is also an expert in other techniques, such as in vivo bioluminescence imaging, multiparameter flow cytometry, PCR, and immunohistochemistry. She is closely working with Dr. Yidong Yu and Dr. Zeinab Mokthari in the host-pathogen interaction core in the Beilhack lab.
